Battle Angel Alita, known in Japan as Gunnm .

Alita or (Gally) is a cyborg bounty hunter young girl created by Daisuke Ido. Alita (or Gally) falls in love with a boy named Yugo (or Hugo) with dreams of leaving a poor scrapyard called Scrap Iron City (or The Scrapyard) to move to a fancy city in the sky called Zalem (or Tiphares). However there is a big bounty on Yugo's head.

Only 2 OVA's were made but if you want more of the story read the Manga's called
