ADV Films Gets Bought Out

My favorite all time distributor of Anime ADV Films goes out of business !! Ahh !
However a new company called AEsir Holdings, LLC ("Aesir") will have a company
called "Section23 Films" to take over ADV Films. Hopefully they will keep up
the great Anime titles that ADV Films had.

In a separate transaction, Valkyrie Media Partners, LLC ("Valkyrie") buys
ADV Films Anime Network. An In another separate transaction, Seraphim Studios,
LLC acquired Amusement Park Media, the production unit of A.D. Vision, Inc.
